Wills & Estate Planning

Estate planning is the process of organising and managing your assets to ensure they are distributed according to your wishes after your passing. It involves creating legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to protect your estate and provide financial security for your loved ones. Effective estate planning can minimize tax liabilities, prevent legal disputes, and ensure that your affairs are handled smoothly.

These trusts can be used to manage assets and distribute income to beneficiaries during their lifetime, manage education and assets of minor beneficiaries. This will will specify what assets will be sold and what are to be retained for income purposes.

Power of Attorney

A power of attorney is a legal document that allows you to appoint a trusted person to manage your financial and legal affairs if you are unable to do so yourself. This can be crucial in situations involving illness, disability, or extended absence, ensuring your affairs are handled smoothly and according to your wishes.
